I am Cecilia Zaffaroni, a trained social worker. For 12 years I have been a consultant and have worked on programs run by various organizations dedicated to the cooperative movement. I was part of the Uruguayan Local Support Service for the Inter-American Foundation where I collaborated with several NGOs on their projects. I created a program to link school, family and community for full time public schools. I was a professor of social work for 17 years and a member of advisory groups at the Universidad Católica de Uruguay, where I also served as Dean of the School of Human Sciences.

One of our achievements has been the construction and operation of the Park Wind Painted in the Department of Florida.
